Draft Implementing Regulation to the Job Creation Law: The Sovereign Wealth Fund

In order to manage the government investments, Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”) [1] mandates that the central government should establish a legal entity that is fully owned by the government, that is responsible to the president and that is to be called the Sovereign Wealth Fund. The Job Creation Law also mandates that further provisions that specifically address the Sovereign Wealth Fund are to be elaborated upon under a forthcoming Regulation of the Government. [2]
