Draft OJK Regulation on the Utilization of the E-Proxy Platform for General Meetings of Public-Company Shareholders

As one of a number of efforts aimed at accommodating the continuous technological improvements which are being made within the financial services sector, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) is currently deliberating Draft Regulation of the OJK (“ RPOJK ”), which will ultimately amend Regulation of the OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2014 on the Planning and Organization of General Meetings of Publicly Traded Company Shareholders ( Regulation 32/2014 ) for a second time.
