Draft Regulation of the Government on the Implementing Regulation to the Job Creation Law on Halal Product Guarantees

Halal product guarantees are specifically addressed under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”) and are one of the areas that have undergone various changes. In order to implement various new provisions on halal products guarantees, as set out under the framework of the Job Creation Law, [1] the government is currently preparing a Draft Regulation (Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah– “ RPP ”) on the Implementation of Law No. 33 of 2014 (“ JPH Law ”) on Halal Product Guarantees (“ RPP Halal Products ”).
