Draft Regulation of the Government on the Organization of Electronic Systems and Transactions Updated

For several years now, the Indonesian Government has been attempting to revise Regulation of the Government No. 82 of 2012 on the Organization of Electronic Systems and Transactions (“ Regulation 82/2012 ”). This revision represents an attempt to improve the regulatory framework for electronic transactions in Indonesia through the introduction of a number of updates relating to more recent technical developments.
