Draft Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology on the Operation of the Broadcasting Sector

Following the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”) [1] and Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2021 on Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting (“ Regulation 46/2021 ”), [2] the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“ Minister ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the Operation of Broadcasting (“ Draft Regulation ”), which, when it is finally introduced, will update the regulatory framework that applies to the broadcasting sector.
