Draft Regulation on Implementing Guidelines for Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services

As mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 24 of 2018 onElectronically Integrated Business Licensing Services(“ Regulation 24/2018 ”), [1] theInvestment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal– “ BKPM ”) is authorized todetermine implementing guidelines for the issuance of business licenses through the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system.
