Draft Regulation on the Acquisition and Management of Land Within the New Indonesian Capital City of Nusantara

As the government continues with preparations for the development of the new Capital City of Nusantara (Ibu Kota Nusantara– “ IKN ”), it requires land and guarantees on land acquisition to be made available, as well as a set of rules that specifically address land tenure, utilization and ownership. [1] Against this backdrop, the government is currently in the process of preparing a Draft Regulation of the President on Land Acquisition and the Management of Land in IKN (“ Draft Regulation ”).
