Draft Regulation on the Use of Aboveground and Underground Spaces: An Overview of Permitted Activities and Rights

As mandated under Law on the Enactment of Regulation of the Government in Lieu of Law on Job Creation into Law (“ Law 6/2023 ”), the government is currently preparing a of the President (“ Draft Regulation ”) on the Usage and Utilization of Land in Aboveground and Underground Spaces (collectively referred to as “ Spaces ”). [1] Upon its promulgation, the Draft Regulation will serve as a key reference for the management of land use in these Spaces, ensuring compliance with national spatial planning and land use policies.
