The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 39 of 2018 on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services for the Electricity Sector (“ Regulation 39/2018 ”), which is aiming to integrate the electricity sector into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, as mandated by Article 88 (1) of Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”). [1] In the light of this integration, Regulation 39/2018 sets out several provisions which address the following specific areas:
