In a bid to increase the convenience of the service that it offers to the general public, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (“Ministry”) has now introduced and electronic system for the provision of land-information services and has thus issued Regulation No. 5 of 2017 on Electronic Land-Information Services (“Regulation 5/2017”). [1] In a nutshell, Regulation 5/2017 sets out guidelines which relate to applications to use the new electronic land-information service (“e-Service”).
