Electronic Manifests for Waste B3 Transportation Introduced

In an effort to implement several provisions which address various specifications and details in relation to the transportation of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (“ B3 Waste ”) and which were originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 101 of 2014 (“ Regulation 101/2014 ”), [1] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has just issued Regulation No. P.4/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/1/2020 on the Transportation of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (“ Regulation 4/2020 ”).
