Electronic-Road-Pricing Policy in Jakarta Redefined

The Governor of the Special Region of Jakarta (“Governor”) recently issued Regulation No. 25 of 2017 on Traffic Control Through the Limitation of Motor Vehicles via the Implementation of the Electronic-Road-Pricing System (“Regulation 25/2017”) in a bid to improve efficiency and accountability relating to the implementation of the forthcoming electronic-road-pricing (“ERP”) system.
