Electronically Integrated Risk-Based Business Licensing System Prepared

Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”) [1] mandates for the issuance of implementing regulations that further elaborate upon the various matters addressed thereunder within two months of its promulgation. [2] In terms of this mandate, the Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal– “ BKPM ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the System for the Organization of Electronically Integrated Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Draft Regulation ”).
