In an attempt to enhance investment in and the development and competitiveness of domestic Indonesian industry, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has established a framework that sets out procedures for the issuance of technical considerations (“ Considerations ”) to parties who wish to secure import-duty exemption facilities (“ Facilities ”). This framework features under Regulation No. 3 of 2026 (“ Regulation 3/2026 ”), which is set to come into force on 4 April 2026. [1]
