Following the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 23 of 2021 on the Organization of Forestry (“ Regulation 23/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2021 on the Organization of Social Forestry (“ Regulation 9/2021 ”), which has been in force since 1 April 2021. [2] Upon entering into force, Regulation 9/2021 simultaneously repealed and replaced the following legal frameworks: [3]
