Empowerment of Relevant Business Actors Through Investment in the Livestock Sector

The Minister of Agriculture (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 25 of 2023 (“ Regulation 25/2023 ”), which encompasses 74 articles spanning nine chapters and which addresses various provisions aimed at the empowerment of breeders and business actors engaging in the business in livestock sector (collectively referred to as “ Business Actors ”) through activities that relate to the improvement of added value, the strengthening of competitiveness and the marketing of livestock products (Peningkatan Nilai Tambah, Penguatan Daya Saing, dan Pemasaran Hasil Peternakan– “ NTDSP ”).
