Energy Conservation Services Blueprint Now Introduced: New Requirements for Energy Audits, Energy Efficiency Projects and More!

In 2023, the Indonesian Government introduced Regulation of the Government No. 33 of 2023 (“ Regulation 33/2023 ”), [1] which set out a range of initiatives aimed at the preservation of domestic energy resources through coordinated, planned and efficient utilization measures (“ Energy Conservation ”). [2] Said Energy Conservation is organized through a series of programs, which include the development of Energy Conservation service businesses (“ Conservation Services ”). [3]
