Enhanced Consumer Complaint Resolution Framework: PUJK Face Stricter Complaint Handling Requirements and Post-License Revocation Obligations

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “ OJK ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the Organization of Consumer and Public Services in the Financial Services Sector by the OJK (" Draft Regulation "). Once ultimately enters into force, the Draft Regulation will revoke Articles 93 – Article 96 under Regulation of the OJK No. 31/POJK.07/2020 of 2020 (" Regulation 31/2020 ") and Regulation of the OJK No. 22 of 2023 . ^[1]
