The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) is currently preparing to issue a Draft Circular (“ Draft Circular ”) on Monthly Reporting by Secondary Housing Financing Companies (“ Companies ”) which, when it ultimately comes into force, will repeal and replace Circular of the OJK No. 10/SEOJK.05/2013 (“ Circular 10/2013 ”), which bore the same title. The Draft Circular is set to come into force in April 2024 . [1]
