Following the merger of PT Bursa Efek Surabaya (“ BES ”) with PT Bursa Efek Jakarta, which resulted in a unified entity named PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”), both of the original entities agreed that the applicable mechanism for the listing of equity securities would continue to adhere to the mechanism originally outlined by BES, specifically under Rule No. I.G (“ Rule I.G ”) as the Appendix to Decree of the Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) of BES No. SK- 006/LGL/BES/VII/2006 (“ Decree 6/2006 ”) on the Listing of Asset-Backed Securities (Efek Beragun Aset –“ EBA ”).
