Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources has issued Regulation No. 15 of 2012 on Ground Water Conservation (“ESDM Regulation”) to create a regulatory framework necessary to conserve ground water quality. It is an implementation of Law No. 7 of 2004 on Water Resources (“2004 Water Resources Law”).
