Government Regulation No. 59 of 2016 on Mass Organizations Established by Foreign Parties (“Regulation 59/2016”) has recently been issued as an implementation of the various provisions which are set out under Articles 44 to 49 and Article 79 of Law No. 17 of 2013 [1] on Mass Organizations.
