Exchange Member Reports and Applications for Deposit Sales and/or Purchase Orders Now Submitted via IDX Record System

In 2022, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) published the applicable procedures for the submission of various reports and/or applications (collectively referred to as “ Submissions ”) by members of the stock exchange (“ Exchange ”) to BEI in line with various trading frameworks through the issuance of Circular No. SE-00008/BEI/07-2022 on Procedures for the Submission of Reports and/or Applications Regulated in the Trading Regulations by Stock Exchange Members to the Exchange (“ Circular 8/2022 ”). However, given that some of the aforementioned trading frameworks were updated during 2023, particularly in relation to the trading of equity securities and futures contracts, the BEI has now decided to update and adjust the applicable procedures for Submissions through the issuance of Circular No. SE-00017/BEI/11-2023 that bore the same title as Circular 8/2022 (“ Circular 17/2023 ”), which has been in force since 6 November 2023.
