Director General of Customs and Excise Regulation No. PER-53/BC/2011 on Excise Exemption Procedures (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement Article 9 of Minister of Finance Regulation No. 237/PMK.04/2009 on Excise Exemptions (“PMK 237/2009”). Article 9 of PMK 237/2009 mandates the issuance of a director general regulation to further regulate the procedure for goods to receive excise exemptions.
