Expansion of Countries for P3B Implementation: Tax Evaders, Watch Out!

On 13 November 2019, the government introduced Regulation of the President No. 77 of 2019 (“ Regulation 77/2019 ”) on the Ratification of the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (“ Multilateral Convention ”). [1] The original version of the Multilateral Convention, which was adopted on 7 June 2017 in France with reservations, was outlined comprehensively under the Appendix to Regulation 77/2019 in its original language of French, while Indonesian and English translations were also provided.
