The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) is aiming to expand the mandatory implementation of the Indonesia National Single Window (“ INSW ”) [1] system through the issuance of Regulation (“ Regulation 63/2018 ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 132/PMK.01/2008 on Guidelines and Stages for the Development and Implementation of the Indonesia National Single Window (“ Regulation 132/2008 ”).Regulation 63/2018 encompasses several provisions which address the technical implementation of the INSW, including:
