Export Policies and Arrangements Amalgamated

As a follow-up to the mandate originally set under Regulation of the Government No. 29 of 2021 on the Organization of the Trade Sector (“ Regulation 29/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 19 of 2021 on Export Policies and Arrangements (“ Regulation 19/2021 ”). In essence, Regulation 19/2021 elaborates upon various policies and arrangements that apply to export activities, while also unifying various provisions originally set under a total of 20 previous regulatory frameworks that addressed similar matters and that have now been revoked.
