The Director General of Duty and Excise (“Dirjen”) has issued Regulation No. PER-32/BC/2014 of 2014 on Customs Procedures for Exports (“Regulation”). The Regulation was issued to replace Dirjen Regulation No. P-40/BC/2008 on the same matter, and aims to improve customs services and supervision for export activities. [1]
