The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 51 of 2026 on Transit and Transshipment of Imported and Exported Goods (“ Regulation 51/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, this Regulation 51/2026 replace and repeals Regulation of the Minister No. 216/PMK.04/2019 that bore the same title as Regulation 51/2026 (“ Regulation 216/2019 ”). [1]
