In a bid to accommodate the development of information and communication technology, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has amended several provisions set out under Regulation of the Minister No. 51/PMK.04/2017 on Objections Within the Customs-and-Excise Sector (“ Regulation 51/2017 ”) [1] through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 136/PMK.04/2022 (“ Amendment ”).
