First Implementing Regulation of UMKM Law

The Government has issued Government Regulation No. 17 of 2013 (“Regulation”) on Implementation of Law No. 20 of 2008 on Micro, Small, and Medium Businesses (“UMKM Law”). The Regulation implements Articles 12 (2), 16 (3), 37, 38 (3), and 39 (3) of the UMKM Law. [1] It is important to note that the Regulation is the first implementing regulation of the UMKM Law since its enactment in 2008.
