The Head of the Agency for Quality Control and Inspection of Marine and Fishery Products (“ Agency ”) has issued Decree No. 59 of 2025 (“ Decree 59/2025 ”) on the Technical Guidelines for the Issuance of Quality and Safety Certificates for Fishery Products (Sertifikat Mutu dan Keamanan Hasil Perikanan– “ SMKHP ”), which formally repeals and replaces Decree of the Head of the Agency No. 44 of 2024 [ZA1] (“ Decree 44/2024 ”).
