Bank Indonesia (“BI”) has issued Regulation No. 14/25/PBI/2012 on Receiving Foreign Currency From Export Revenue and Withdrawal of Foreign Loans (“2012 Regulation”). The 2012 Regulation re-regulates the practice of receiving and withdrawing foreign currency via foreign exchange banks and it applies specifically to funds that source from export revenue and foreign debt.
