The issue of Minister for Forestry RegulationNo. P.14/Menhut-II/2006(Reg. 14) in March raised a number of issues (see ILB No. 294) which have manifested themselves into a revolving series of problems relating to matters such as general research and surveys, mining exploration, and the utilization of other forest areas have not been adequately accommodated. This has mandated the confirmation of an amendment to Reg. 14 and these amendments are stipulated in Minister for Forestry RegulationNo. P.64/Menhut - II/2006.
