The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 63/M-DAG/PER/8/2015 (“Second Amendment”) to amend Regulation No. 78/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 on Import Provisions for Forestry Products (“2014 Regulation”). Prior to this Second Amendment, the 2014 Regulation had already been amended by Regulation No. 7/M-DAG/PER/1/2015 (“First Amendment”). [1]
