The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) recently issued Regulation No. 97/M-DAG/PER/11/2015 on Import Provisions for Forestry Products(“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation aims to simplify the licensing procedures that relate to the importation of these products.Previously, this matter was regulated under Regulation No. 78/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 on Import Provisions for Forestry Products, as amended several times, most recently by Regulation No. 63/M-DAG/PER/8/2015 (“2014 Regulation”).
