In 2013, the Indonesian Government issued an implementing regulation that addressed the overall immigration process through Regulation of the Government No. 31 of 2013 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 6 of 2011 on Immigration, which has been amended several times, most recently through the issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 48 of 2021 as its third amendment (which will be jointly referred to as “ Regulation 31/2013 ”).
