In an effort to ensure better, more effective and more efficient governance of the professional career paths of lecturers, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 44 of 2024 on the Profession, Careers and Income of Lecturers (“ Regulation 44/2024 ”), which has been in force since 18 September 2024.
