Framework on Priority SPBE Introduced: Nine Forms of Government Services Set to be Digitally Integrated

In an effort to establish an electronic-based governance system and an integrated Indonesia single data (“ Single Data ”) to support high-quality and trustworthy public services, the Indonesian government has decided to expedite digital transformation by introducing a priority Electronic-Based Government System (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik– “ SPBE ”) app (“ Priority SPBE ”) through the issuance of Regulation of the President No. 82 of 2023 on the Acceleration of Digital Transformation and Integration of National Digital Services (“ Regulation 82/2023 ”), which has been in force since 18 December 2023.
