The Minister of Transportation (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. PM 146 of 2015 (“Second Amendment”) in order to amend Regulation No. PM 74 of 2015 on Organizing and Managing Freight-Forwarding Service Businesses (“2015 Regulation”). [1] The 2015 Regulation has already been amended once before by Regulation No. PM 78 of 2015 (“First Amendment”).
