Fresh Guidelines on Investment Partnerships: Procedures and Timelines for Partnerships Between Large-Scale Enterprises and UMKM Clarified

Following the enforcement of Regulation of the Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (collectively referred to as “ Minister ”) No. 3 of 2025 as the most recent amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 1 of 2022 , the Minister has now decided to issue Decree No. 220 of 2025 (“ Decree 220/2025 ”) on Technical Guidelines for Investment Sector Partnerships (“ Technical Guidelines ”), which has been in force since 7 October 2025.
