The Director-General of Customs and Excise (“ Director-General ”) has issued Regulation No. PER-4/BC/2026 (“ Second Amendment ”) on the Second Amendment to the Regulation of the Director-General No. PER-22/BC/2021 on Control over Entries and Releases of Goods to and from Areas Stipulated as Free-Trade Areas and Free Ports (“ Regulation 22/2021 ”). The Second Amendment officially came into force on 12 May 2026. [1]
