The Minister of Public Works has established the Land Procurement Team (TPT) to assist the Land Procurement Committee (PPT) in the procurement of land specifically for toll roads (see ILB 12/6/2006 and ILD 16/6/2006 for further discussion on land acquisition and the PPT). This Regulation was issued on 10 May 2006 and prior to the most recent amendments to Presidential RegulationNo. 36 of 2005as contained in Presidential RegulationNo. 65 of 2006.
