Regulation of the Government No. 74 of 2001 on the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials requires all parties that manage hazardous and toxic materials (“ B3 ”) to deal with any emergency situations which arise as a result of their B3 management activities. Meanwhile, Regulation of the Government No. 101 of 2014 on the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Material Waste requires all parties which produce, collect, transport, use, process and/or stockpile hazardous and toxic material waste (limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun– “ B3 Waste ”) to prepare emergency programs in relation to the B3 Waste that they manage.
