Further Provisions on Occupational Health Standards Introduced

In an effort to ensure the provision of adequate health protection for all employees, the government recently issued Regulation of the Government No. 88 of 2019 on Occupational Health (“ Regulation 88/2019 ”), which represents an implementation of a number of provisions which were originally set out under Law No. 36 of 2009 on Health (“ Health Law ”).
