Further Provisions on the Granting of Visas and Immigration Stay Permits During the COVID-19 Pandemic Introduced

In order to support national economic recovery during the ongoing Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID 19 ”) pandemic, the Director-General of Immigration has issued Circular No. IMI-0196.GR.01.01 on Guidelines for the Granting of Visa and Immigration Stay Permits During the Handling of COVID-19 Transmission and National Economic Recovery (“ Circular ”). The Circular has been issued as a follow-up to Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 34 of 2021 [1] on the Granting of Visa and Immigration Stay Permits During the Handling of COVID-19 Transmission and National Economic Recovery (“ Regulation 34/2021 ”).
