The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation No. 29/POJK.05/2020 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 30/POJK.05/2014 on Good Corporate Governance for Financing Companies (“ Regulation 30/2014 ”), which updates a number of provisions relating to good corporate governance (“ GCG ”) in the hope of improving their implementation by financing companies.
