General Framework on Protection of Vital Information Infrastructure Issued: PSE Required to Periodically Identify Relevant Information

In order to protect the public interest from any disturbances to Vital Information Infrastructure (Infrastruktur Informasi Vital- “ IIV ”) that occur as a result of abuses of electronic information and electronic transactions and that disturb public order, the Indonesian President has issued Regulation of the President No. 82 of 2022 on the Protection of IIV (“ Regulation 82/2022 ”).
