The House of Representatives (DPR) in Tuesday's Plenary Session (19 June 2007) passed the much debated amendments to the Bill on General Provisions and Procedures for Taxation (see ILB No.597 4/6/2007and ILD No.67 8/6/2007). The Bill will now be given a number and published to finalize enactment. Interestingly, and despite the unanimous passage of the Bill the National Mandate Party (Partai Amanat Nasional / PAN) still expressed objections to 3 points with the formal submission of 'minderheitsnota'.
