Good News for Individual Farmers: Alsintan Credit Now Accessible without Minimum Down Payments

In order to expedite the use of agricultural equipment and machinery (Alat dan Mesin Pertanian– “ Alsintan ”) and the distribution of credit in order to support the national food security program, the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (“ Minister ”) has decided to amend Regulation of the Minister No. 3 of 2023 (“ Regulation 3/2023 ”) on Guidelines for the Implementation of Business Credit for Alsintan (“ Credit ”) through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister No. 6 of 2025 (“ Amendment ”), which has been in force since 16 May 2025.
